Consultations and Responses

Although the final text of the Directive was published in 2011 and the final text of the Level 2 regulation was published on 19 December 2012, there are still guidelines and regulatory technical standards to be developed and national law transpositions to be completed. As a result there are at any given time expected to be a number of open consultations and a number of closed consultations with respect to which we are awaiting a final set of guidelines, regulatory technical standards, statutes or regulations.

For ease of reference, we have included below a list of consultations along with any relevant AIMA submissions related to such consultations.
